- • Items without original packaging
- • Returns after 14 days
- • Gift sets with missing items
How to Return

Email hello@bwperfumes.com.ng with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 24 hours.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN slip inside.

Ship to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked courier.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you'd like.
