1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BettyWhyt Perfumes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Product Authenticity
All products sold by BettyWhyt Perfumes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorized distributors. Any product found to be inauthentic will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout. We accept payment via Paystack (debit/credit cards and bank transfers).
4. Orders & Cancellations
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at hello@bwperfumes.com.ng. After this window, the order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. BettyWhyt Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the AI-generated scent recommendations — is the property of BettyWhyt Perfumes and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
BettyWhyt Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
